The HeJin Lithium Battery Pack Helium Leak Testing Machine adopts the Accumulation Chamber + Helium Probe Detection Method.

During testing, helium is filled into the battery pack under controlled pressure. If leakage exists, helium escapes into the accumulation chamber and mixes evenly with the surrounding air. A highly sensitive helium mass spectrometer probe then scans the chamber, accurately detecting and locating the leakage point.

Compared with conventional air leak testing methods, helium leak testing offers significantly higher sensitivity, making it ideal for new energy battery manufacturing, automotive components, refrigeration systems, electronic products, and precision sealed assemblies.
